Desillusion contributor and all round legend Thomas Campbell, has been selected as Fullerton College's 2015 Artist in Residence.
The self taught painter, sculptor, photographer and filmmaker will be hosting his latest exhibition "Doi", consisting of new paintings, sculptures, ceramics, photographs, sewn pieces and a large format mural installation. Artwork from private collections will be present, as well as new works available for purchase.
The exhibition will be accompanied by an artist lecture and a weeklong series of demonstrations as part of the distinguished Fullerton College Artist in Residence program.
The artist lecture takes place on Wednesday 4th March at 7pm in the Wilshire Auditorium featuring a special live, improvisational performance by The Mattison 2 to accompany some raw, unseen 16mm footage from Thomas's most recent trip to Morocco. Admission is free but limited to 350 capacity, so get down there early.
"Doi" officially opens on Thursday 5th March and runs through to Wednesday 25th March.
