Carlos Chavarria is a Spanish photographer based in San Francisco who recently went to the southwestern corner of his city called " The Outer Sunset" , often ignored in guidebooks, because of its distance to the city's historic center or maybe because it's considered the foggiest section of the city due to it's proximity to Ocean Beach.
